Baillie Brothers Parts Departments has the ability to satisfy all customers requirements, wether it is a van, trailer or any make of commercial vehicle. Obviously we are fully stocked and trained on our main vehicle franchises which are HINO, Renault, Isuzu, and Foden, but we understand, especially in the rural areas in which we cover, the need for parts ex-stock. Our successful parts department continually hold around £120,000 worth of commonly used parts for trailers, all makes of vehicles, hydraulic systems, etc. etc. followed by a daily stock orders and stock replacements on a daily basis

To support this we have two vans delivering to your door wherever you are, on a daily basis, again looking to reduce your downtime and give you a full and comprehensive support package including a parts department that is staffed till 2am Monday to Friday and 5pm on a Saturday. We also back this up with a 24hr emergency parts call out service when you find yourself in difficault situations.

All staff are fully trained and understand the need for excellent support and are ready and able to cater for all your parts requirements.
